Terms of service
These terms explain the basis on which Server Managerhub provides response analytics reviews and related advisory services.
Last updated 15 August 2026Our services
We provide analytical interpretation of application and server-response data, written findings and review conversations as described in an agreed proposal. We do not provide emergency monitoring, server administration, legal advice or guaranteed performance outcomes.
Engagement and scope
An engagement begins when both parties accept a written scope, fee and timetable. Changes to the question, data volume or deliverables may require a revised scope. You are responsible for providing accurate context and lawful access to agreed data.
Fees and payment
Fees, invoicing dates and any deposit are set out in the proposal. Pricing shown on this website is informational where present and does not create an obligation to supply services at that price.
Client responsibilities
You must ensure that materials supplied to us may be lawfully shared, are appropriately minimised and do not contain credentials or unnecessary personal data. Decisions made using our analysis remain your responsibility.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of data and materials you provide. Once invoices are paid, you may use final commissioned reports internally. Our pre-existing methods, templates and general know-how remain ours.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect confidential information received through the engagement and use it only for the agreed work, except where disclosure is required by law.
Liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or decisions made without appropriate technical validation.
Ending an engagement
Either party may end work for a material breach that is not remedied within a reasonable written notice period. Cancellation and work already started are handled under the agreed proposal and our refund policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
