Refund and cancellation policy
This policy applies to Server Managerhub’s commissioned analytics reviews and ongoing advisory services.

If you cancel before analysis starts, amounts paid will be refunded in full, less any clearly disclosed non-recoverable third-party cost approved by you. Refund requests should be made promptly using the contact details below.
Work already started
Once work begins, we may retain the proportion of the fee covering completed scoping, preparation, analysis or meetings. Any remaining balance is refunded. Completed reports, delivered review sessions and work accepted as complete are non-refundable unless the service was materially not supplied as agreed.
Deposits
A proposal may require a deposit to reserve analysis time. The proposal will state whether it is refundable. Unless stated otherwise, a deposit is refundable before work begins and may be applied to completed work after the start date.
Ongoing services
You may cancel an ongoing programme with the notice stated in your agreement. Charges already earned for the current review period are not refundable; prepaid future periods after the notice date will be refunded.
Rescheduling and missed sessions
Review calls may be rescheduled without charge with at least two working days’ notice. With less notice, or for a no-show, the session may be treated as delivered where preparation and reserved time cannot reasonably be recovered. We will consider exceptional circumstances fairly.
How to request a refund

Processing and payment method
Approved refunds are initiated within 10 working days and returned to the original payment method where possible. Your bank may take additional time to show the credit. We will explain any partial refund calculation before processing it.
Service cancellation by us
If we cancel and cannot provide a reasonable alternative date, we refund payments for undelivered work. This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
